Founder & Managing Director. Over 26 years in engineering, sales, marketing and business leadership. An Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, he founded Satori in 2011 and led its 2023 entry into Kitchen Rolling Shutters. He drives long-term strategy, product innovation and manufacturing expansion.
Co-Founder & Director. Extensive experience in production planning, quality systems and organisational management. He oversees manufacturing operations and process optimisation, building a production infrastructure that supports both OEM manufacturing and the Satori retail brand.
Co-Founder — Head, International Marketing & Retail Business. Over 26 years in sales, marketing and business development. He leads Satori's international expansion and retail growth, strengthening the dealer and distributor network across India.
Every company has a beginning. Ours began with a question: why should India continue to depend on imported Kitchen Rolling Shutters when we have the capability to design and manufacture them ourselves?
In 2023, almost every Kitchen Rolling Shutter available in the Indian market was imported, primarily from China and, in limited quantities, from Germany. There was a widespread belief that such products could not be designed and manufactured in India with the same quality and precision. For us, that belief became a challenge.
Having spent over a decade building expertise in architectural aluminium systems, façades, windows and engineering products, we knew that Indian engineering talent was capable of much more. We decided to take on the challenge of designing, engineering and manufacturing a Kitchen Rolling Shutter entirely in India.
The early days were not easy. Many traders and distributors appreciated our product but still asked one question: "Is it imported?" When we proudly replied that it was Designed, Engineered and Manufactured in India, many hesitated. Those conversations strengthened our resolve rather than weakening it. We chose not to imitate imported products — instead, we stood firmly behind our belief that Indian manufacturing could compete with the best in the world when driven by innovation, quality and consistency.
Slowly, perceptions began to change. Distributors started accepting Satori. Installations increased. Confidence grew. Today, within a remarkably short span, Satori EasyRolling Shutter has become a recognised and respected name within the Indian modular kitchen industry.
As our relationships with distributors deepened, they began asking: "What other products do you manufacture?" That question became the inspiration for our next phase of innovation, and we expanded our portfolio with the Glass Bottle Pull Out, Flat Line Bottle Pull Out, Glass Pantry Unit and Universal Magic Corner.
We do not aspire to become merely another hardware manufacturer. We aspire to build an Indian company that leads through innovation, earns trust through quality and competes globally through engineering excellence. We firmly believe that the future of Indian manufacturing lies not in copying the world, but in creating products that the world respects.
